In an effort to effectively manage the sales of our community owned real estate in a fiscally responsible manner the YHOA has implemented a strategic. This plan shall evolve over time to reflect actual real estate values in our area.  Please see the attached community map for lot locations. 

As our community owned real estate is a finite resource our Real Estate Committee, in conjunction with the Board of Directors each year, will select a limited number of parcels to sell. These sales are designed to reduce our real estate tax burden and to increase our budget for road improvement and maintenance expenses.

All of our YHOA owned listed sale lots are YHOA membership properties which come with all rights and privileges to any YHOA owned properties and amenities.

All lots sold by YHOA will be considered improved with other lots, and a driveway must be installed within three months.
  • As part of implementing this stategy, the Real Estate Committee identifies association-owned lots for sale, sets prices, and markets the lots.
  • The Board of Directors must vote to approve final sales.
  • Lots will be advertised to the general public and assocation members at the same time.
