Frani Grove Hello, Frani Grove here. I am running for the board again this year. I retired from the Garrett County Board of Education. I have enjoyed my years on the Board as I like to help all our members when the need arises. I am proud of our Board these past several years because we have managed to save money and do a lot of repairs in our community. Please vote for me if you would like to see me stay on the Board. Bob Pulliam I have had the pleasure of serving on the board for the past few years.  I love the time my beautiful wife and I spend here at the YMR.  I currently serve on the Clubhouse committee and look forward to more events like the Poker Run that we assisted with along with a great 4th of July celebration this year.  

 

Dale Palmer Hello, My name is Dale Palmer and I am running for the YHOA board of directors.  I have been a part time resident since 2018.  I enjoy riding ATV’s and visiting with friends and neighbors in the Yock.  I managed construction projects for the past 30 years and enjoy my time on the Mountain.  I look forward to keeping the progress going for future generations  

 

Kevin Berkheimer My name is Kevin Berkheimer and I have been coming to the Yock for many years.  I own 3 properties in the community and have started to build on one of them in the short term.  I enjoy all the things that the resort has to offer and look forward to seeing it continue.  I met some of you at the last Board Meeting and will hopefully get to meet more of you at the Memorial Day Picnic.
