New YHOA Real Estate Policy and Regulations
As of June 13, 2020, all YHOA lots will no longer be available for sale at this time. Only private individual owned lots will be sold.

Effective 7/11/20 any purchase of real property within the Youghiogheny Homeowners`Association (YHOA) including improved property and non-improved property, is subject to YHOA annual assessments of five hundred dollars ($500.00)
YHOA members purchasing property contiguous to their properties and properties purchased prior to 7/11/20 are specifically exempted from this provision(s).
All non-improved property purchased after 7/11/20 must have a driveway, approved by the YHOA, installed to completion, within six (6) months of the date of purchase.
