New YHOA Real Estate Policy and Regulations:
As of June 13, 2020, all YHOA lots will no longer be available for sale. Only private individual owned lots will be sold. Please contact local Realtor.
Effective 7/11/20 any purchase of real property within the Youghiogheny Homeowners Association (YHOA) including improved property and non-improved property, is subject to YHOA annual assessments for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is SIX hundred dollars ($600.00) and is subject to change.
All non-improved property purchased after 7/11/20 must have a driveway, approved by the YHOA, installed to completion, within six (6) months of the date of purchase.
YHOA members purchasing property contiguous to their properties and properties purchased prior to 7/11/20 are specifically exempted from the driveway provision.
All properties transferred after July 30th,2024 Will be assessed a transfer fee of $150. to new owners of property. This will cover the administrative duties performed by the YHOA in these transactions
