BOARD ELECTIONS 2025-2026
Dear members,
Elections for new Board Members will take place from June 1, 2026, through July 7, 2026.
If you are interested in running for one of the open positions and serving the community, please contact us and submit a brief biography for consideration. The Nominating Committee will use submitted materials to prepare the slate of nominees to be presented to the Board.
All nomination materials must be received by the Nominating Committee no later than May 7, 2026. Submissions may be sent via email to nominatingcommittee@youghmountain.org. Please note that there are four (4) seats available in this election cycle, and candidates must be members in good standing.
Candidate biographies will be posted on the website and also available on the ballot through our online voting platform, Simply Voting, following their presentation to the Board at the May 9, 2026 meeting. Additional instructions regarding the online voting process will be provided in advance of the election.
The annual membership meeting, during which election results will be announced, is scheduled for July 11, 2026.

New Members must provide Boal's with current Deed or Settlement paperwork, pay all HOA current and back dues, if applicable.

The YHOA is no longer selling lots & we will not buy back any lots. The sale of Privately held lots through local Realtors is the sole responsibility of the Owner, as well as, providing access to the lot and all pertinent information to the potential buyer.
