2026 Yock Cigar, Wine & Bourbon Social
Saturday, August 15th, 7PM at Pavillion
Bring your favorite beverage and join your neighbors around the fire for an evening of good conversation, good drinks, and good company.
Cheese plates and light snacks will be provided, plus door prizes and raffle baskets!
And remember—you do not have to drink or smoke to attend. Everyone 21+ is welcome.

Brian Boal is our CPA & handles all YHOA business transactions.
Please contact his office with any billing questions.
New Members must provide Boal's with current Deed or Settlement paperwork, pay all HOA current and back dues, if applicable.

The YHOA is no longer selling lots & we will not buy back any lots. The sale of Privately held lots through local Realtors is the sole responsibility of the Owner, as well as, providing access to the lot and all pertinent information to the potential buyer.
